Tali joined MARC in 2007. She received her J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law; where she won the title of Best Oral Advocate in 2006. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Political Science from Rutgers University in 2003.
Tali has long been an active participant in the community. Tali is a member of the New Jersey Young Democrats, the Association for the Children of America, People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA) and several local animal welfare groups. She is also developing a series of children's books, including a book for children with special needs.
