Generosa joined MARC in 2004 following several years of civil litigation experience, particularly in the area of employment law. Her practice includes defending companies and their employees against employment-related lawsuits, including claims of discrimination, harassment, hostile work environment, and retaliation. In addition, she provides preventative counseling to employers on legal issues affecting the workplace, and prepares, revises and negotiates employment-related agreements and policies. Generosa also specializes in commercial litigation, complex business disputes and antitrust litigation.
Generosa received her B.A. summa cum laude from Seton Hall University in 1996 and her J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law in 1999. Following law school, she served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Edwin R. Alley and the Honorable Katherine R. Dupuis in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Criminal Division, Union County.
Generosa is admitted to practice in the State of New Jersey and before the federal courts for the District of New Jersey, Southern District of New York, and Eastern District of New York. She is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association and the Sidney Reitman American Employment Law Inn of Court.
She is fluent in Italian and French.
