Laura joined MARC after several years of association with a large New York City law firm. There, she represented multinational corporate clients and individuals in complex commercial litigation matters, including the substantive areas of securities, white-collar criminal defense, antitrust and intellectual property. Laura also has experience in internal investigations, mediation and settlement negotiations.
Laura was admitted to the New Jersey Bar and the New York State Bar in 1998. She received a B.A. from Rutgers College, Rutgers State University in 1993 and a J.D. from Rutgers University School of Law in 1997. While in law school, she was Managing Editor of the Rutgers Law Review. Following law school, Laura clerked for the Hon. G. Donald Haneke, U.S.M.J. for the District of New Jersey.
