Matt came to MARC after several years in private practice and 12 years as an environmental consultant specializing in hazardous waste management, hazardous site remediation, federal and state regulatory compliance and the environmental aspects of real estate transactions. His particular expertise is in RCRA, CERCLA, NJPDES and ISRA. Matt's practice is focused on the litigation of various civil, criminal and domestic matters, with a primary focus on environmental law and litigation.
He received his B.S. from Richard Stockton College of New Jersey in 1992 and his J.D. with honors from Washburn University School of Law in 2004. Matt is admitted to practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
