Mike is a litigator whose practice focuses in the areas of employment, commercial and criminal defense law.
Mike has tried cases in a variety of practice areas in federal and state courts. In the area of employment law, Mike has litigated cases involving the New Jersey Law Against Discrimination, Title VII, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, CEPA, employment torts and wage and hour laws. In addition to his work in the courtroom, Mike has appeared before the New Jersey Division of Civil Rights, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and various state agencies. Mike has also represented employers and employees in arbitrations and mediations.
In addition to his litigation work, Mike provides legal advice to his clients in employment, labor and commercial matters, drawing upon his practical experience to provide his clients with unique insights in resolving their legal issues. Mike also represents clients in selected criminal matters.
Mike graduated from Rutgers University Law School in Newark in 1996, where he was an Articles Editor for the Rutgers Computer Law Journal. Mike also graduated from Rutgers College in 1993 with high honors.
