John joined MARC of counsel in 2007.

He received his B.A. from Kean College of New Jersey in 1985 and his J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law in 1993. John is admitted to practice in New Jersey.

In 2005, John was appointed to the Board of Trustees of the State Police Retirement System of New Jersey.
