Alicyn received her Bachelor of Arts degree from SUNY Albany and her J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2000. While at Seton Hall, Alicyn was a member of the Appellate Advocacy Moot Court Board and interned with the New Jersey Public Defender's Office. Alicyn clerked for the Hon. Ariel A. Rodriguez, J.A.D. for the 2000-2001 court term. She is a member of the New Jersey and New York Bar Associations.
