Andrew's expertise is in commercial and criminal litigation. He specializes in complex business disputes, antitrust, class actions, employment, and criminal defense. He has successfully defended matters on the local, national and international levels. Andrew has been an adjunct professor of Appellate Advocacy at Seton Hall Law School since 1995.

Andrew is a co-author of the 50-State Survey of Media Privacy and Related Law/ Employment Libel and Privacy Law (Media Law Resource Center, NYC).

Before beginning in private practice, Andrew was an assistant to the press secretary of United States Senator Bill Bradley and research director for Senator Bradley. He also served as associate counsel to the New Jersey State Democratic Committee.

Andrew has received an AV rating from Martindale-Hubbell.
