Bill has thirty years of experience in advising clients in corporate, real estate and financing matters and was featured in the Bank and Financial section of the 2005 issue of New Jersey Super Lawyers.

Bill has advised clients with respect to their closely held businesses in all aspects of formation, capitalization, structure, acquisition and disposition, as well as with respect to the day to day general legal issues.

Bill’s experience in commercial real estate includes financing and development of real estate, leasing of commercial space and negotiation of purchases and sales of all types of commercial real estate, including office and apartment buildings. He appears before and has represented local zoning and planning boards. He has experience in residential and commercial condominiums, including formation and conversion and the related regulatory approval process.

Bill provides a broad range of services to lenders and borrowers and is experienced in all types of financings, both conventional and tax-exempt, including real estate financings. He has represented both health care providers and lenders in health care financings. His experience in tax-exempt financing includes all aspect of complex financings as counsel to borrowers, underwriters, lenders, providers of credit support and trustees. He has lectured on construction lending.

Bill was formerly a partner at Lowenstein Sandler PC, Roseland, New Jersey.
