John has extensive litigation experience in both federal and state courts of New York and New Jersey, where he has been involved in both civil and criminal litigation.

John was admitted to the bar in 1983 after his graduation from Muhlenberg College with honors in 1978 and Villanova University Law School in 1982. After graduation from law school, John joined the Manhattan District Attorney's Office where he tried over 40 felony cases from 1983-1990. After leaving the Manhattan District Attorney's Office, he initially practiced at large New Jersey law firms, where he represented both corporations and individual employees in employment discrimination litigation. John has also had extensive involvement in civil and white collar criminal litigation, employment litigation, corporate internal investigations and compliance programs, complex commercial litigation and corporate defense of personal injury cases.

John has received an AV rating from Martindale-Hubbell.
