Paul has extensive experience in a wide range of commercial litigation matters, including securities, fraud, corporate acquisition and shareholder disputes involving public and private companies as well as copyright infringement, medical fraud, environmental insurance, business valuation, partnership dissolutions, real estate and commercial business matters, and representation of special needs children and their families in disputes against school districts.
Paul was admitted to the New Jersey Bar in 1989, the Third Circuit Court of Appeals in 1991, the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals in 1994 and the Second Circuit Court of Appeals in 2004. He began full time practice in 1989 as a Litigation Associate at a large New Jersey firm. Paul received a B.A. from the University of Notre Dame in 1986 and a J.D. from the University of Notre Dame Law School in 1989.
