Paul joined the firm in 1996. He has extensive experience representing clients in New York and New Jersey state and federal courts. He has broad expertise in a wide range of civil litigation, including environmental law, employment law and corporate defense of personal injury cases. He has also represented shareholders in minority shareholder oppression suits. Paul was elected to partnership in 2006.
Paul received his B.S.E. in Economics from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania and his J.D. from Rutgers Law School, where he was editor of the Computer & Technology Law Journal.
