Rose, joined the firm as Of Counsel in 2002 and was elected to partnership in 2007. She has extensive experience in a wide range of commercial litigation matters in both federal and state courts. She specializes in contract, employment and environmental law. In addition to her practice, Rose serves as a mediator for New Jersey's court system.

Admitted to the New Jersey and Pennsylvania Bars in 1990 and the New York Bar in 2006, she practiced at a large New Jersey firm until she moved to public service as General Counsel to the Essex County (NJ) Improvement Authority.

Rose has long been an active advocate in the community. She was the legal coordinator for the Jersey Battered Women's Shelter Legal Advocacy Project from 1992 to 1995, where she was responsible for coordinating and implementing legal training and supervision of over 90 volunteer attorneys for the pro bono representation of battered women. She also founded the Portuguese Bar Association of New Jersey in 1999 and was President of the organization from 1999-2000.

Rose has a J.D. from Rutgers School of Law and a B.A., from Rutgers University. She was the recipient of the prestigious Chief Justice Richard J. Hughes Award.
