MARC represents national and international companies facing personal injury, tort and product liability actions involving an array of claims for personal injuries, property damages and economic losses. MARC offers experienced trial lawyers with the practical but sophisticated knowledge of how best to develop and present our clients’ most effective and efficient defense, especially cases involving exposure to significant damages.
When appropriate, MARC works with our clients, including in-house counsel, to resolve claims in the most cost-effective manner pre-suit or during the early stages of litigation. When early resolutions are not possible or in our client’s best interests, MARC aggressively yet efficiently pursues all available avenues of discovery and investigates all facets of a plaintiff’s allegations, with the goal of uncovering the facts needed to file the appropriate motion to dismiss the litigation. When it is necessary to try a case before a judge and/or jury, MARC attorneys have enjoyed considerable success in courts throughout New Jersey, New York and in other states. MARC also has experience in alternative dispute resolution forums such as mediations and arbitrations.
MARC's personal injury, tort and products liability practice includes such diverse types of defense litigation as:
MARC has extensive expertise representing manufacturers and distributors in the petroleum industry including claims alleging property damages, economic losses and personal injuries alleged to have been caused by environmental contamination; and in representing service station franchisors and franchisees in an array of claims from assaults and batteries to slips and falls.
We also utilize our expertise in select plaintiff matters involving complex personal injury claims on behalf of injured parties.
